- The link (URL) of the page from QUIM.com.br with the alleged content.
- The identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have beem infringed, including the name of the author and/or the company holding the copyrights.

- A statement that all information in the notification is accurate, that the claim is not false or deceptive, that the person claiming the removal of the alleged work is the holder of copyright or an authorized representative with the exclusive right to act on their behalf.
